Are you a true Cinefile? Whether you just love seeing great movies or you live and breath all things film, the Palm Beach International Film Society has your fix. PBIFS hosts monthly movie screenings (we hope to add more as we grow) at Palm Beach County area theaters. PBIFS also hosts movie premiers and special movie premiers. The Palm Beach International Film Society is part of the Palm Beach International Film Festival. Perfect for film buffs of all ages, the Palm Beach International Film Society provides greater access to our annual Film Festival, year round screenings, events and more while supporting PBIFF and our missions.

Consider becoming a Palm Beach International Film Society member at the founders level. All pricing is introductory and is expected to increase. Add an additional ticket to any level at a up to a 50% discount. Discounts shown apply to second membership and any discounted tickets for Film Festival Events, showing and Special and Mini Festivals, Society events, showings, premiers and special premiers.

The Palm Beach International Film Society currently meets Tuesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the comfortable private theater at Cameron Estates to screen independent films submitted for the PBIFS Choice Award to be presented at PBIFF. As we continue to grow, PBIFS will be hosting member meetings, events, fundraisers, additional screenings and more.

PBIFS Film Festival Series

The PBIFS Film Festival Series is a series of independent films curated by other film festivals. These are one and two day presentations and will be hosted Saturdays and weekends and are included in your PBIFS membership.

PBIFF The Lost Years Mini Festivals

When COVID hit in 2020, it decimated film festivals and film-makers world wide and the affects are still being seen. While some film festivals are still recovering and trying to find their footing, many won’t be coming back. PBIFF was hit a little extra hard in that they had internal management issues which prevented them from producing complete 2018 and 2019 festivals.

In the PBIFF Lost Years Mini Festivals, we take a look at independent films that were submitted and that were available to be submitted to film festivals in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. This series if made up of 4 weekend long viewings, each dedicated to one of the lost PBIFF years. These Mini Festivals are currently only available exclusively to PBIFS members and their guests and are included in your PBIFS membership.

PBIFF 2022 Mini Festival

In early 2022, the Palm Beach International Film Festival announced their 2023 festival dates of April 21 though 28 but wanted to get back into the swing of things as quickly as possible. PBIFF has teamed up with a number of other festivals for their 2022 festivals and is creating the PBIFF 27th annual Film Festival as a curated Mini Festival available exclusively by invitation and to PBIFS members and their guests and are included in your PBIFS membership.

PBIFS currently allows non members to join us Tuesdays for screenings. Non member admission is $15.00. Non members are not able to vote on films for PBIFS Choice Award
